Privacy Policy

Peishi ("we", "our", "us") is a women's health and wellness app. We are committed to protecting your personal health data with the highest standard of care.

We collect only what is necessary to provide the service:

• Account data — email address and display name when you sign up.
• Health logs — cycle dates, flow, mood, symptoms, basal body temperature, and notes you voluntarily enter.
• Cycle settings — average cycle length, period length, and reminder preferences.
• Chat usage — a count of AI chat messages sent per day, used solely to enforce fair-use limits and prevent abuse.
• Usage data — anonymised analytics to improve the app (no personally identifiable information).

• To provide cycle predictions, phase tracking, and personalised insights.
• To power the AI health companion chat feature.
• To send optional pill reminders if you enable push notifications.
• To improve the app through aggregated, anonymised analytics.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal health data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes. Your health is yours.

We use the following trusted sub-processors to operate the service:

• Supabase — secure database and authentication infrastructure.
• Vercel — application hosting.
• Anthropic — AI language model powering the health companion chat.
• Cloudflare — push notification delivery.

Each sub-processor is bound by data protection agreements and handles your data only as instructed by us.

Your data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. We use Supabase Row-Level Security (RLS) so only your account can access your health records. We do not store health data on your device beyond what the app caches locally for performance.

You have the right to:

• Access — export all your data at any time via Settings → Advanced → Export Data.
• Delete — erase all your data via Settings → Advanced → Clear All Data, or by contacting us.
• Correction — edit any logged entry directly in the app.
• Portability — your export is a standard JSON file you can import elsewhere.

Peishi is intended for users aged 16 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16. If you believe a child has created an account, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
