Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Peishi ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Peishi is a women's health and wellness application that provides cycle tracking, symptom logging, personalised health insights, and an AI-powered health companion. The App is intended for personal, non-commercial use.

Peishi is a wellness and tracking tool — it is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All content, including AI companion responses, is for informational and educational purposes only.

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical concerns. Do not disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of anything you read or receive in the App.

You must be at least 16 years old to use Peishi. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account.
• You may not share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of others without their consent.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the App or its AI systems.
• Submit false, misleading, or harmful content through the App.
• Interfere with the security or integrity of the App or its infrastructure.
• Attempt to circumvent fair-use limits, including daily AI chat message limits imposed to ensure service availability for all users.

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We take your health data seriously — please read it.

All content, design, code, and branding in the App are owned by or licensed to Peishi. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission. Your health data belongs to you.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part of it) at any time. We will give reasonable notice of significant changes where possible. We are not liable for any disruption to the service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Peishi and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim (or SGD $10 if you have paid nothing).

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
